Pro Se Working Group

Appointed by the chief justice, members of the Pro Se Working Group are studying potential state and local responses to the increasing number of individuals who choose to represent themselves in court. The group has reviewed successful initiatives and the growing body of research on the subject with the goal of producing a "best practices" report outlining court responses to self-represented litigants.
