Please note:
Electronic opinions are made available in two formats to allow easy access
for users. The PDF version will provide a more accurate representation of
an opinion issued by the Court relative to format.
Published opinions are subject to further editing and modification.
The final version will appear in the bound volume of the official reports.
When opinions are released the PDF format is immediately available.
However, the HTML is not.
An automated process runs at 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. cst daily
that creates the HTML format.
To download multiple opinions, click on the box next to the desired
opinion format. When you have marked all of the files you wish to download,
go to the end of the list and click on the Download Marked
Files button. This will cause all marked files to be compressed into
a self-extracting exe file that you can download,
or immediately unzip, to the path you specify.
