Wisconsin Supreme Court seeks volunteers to serve on committees and boards

Madison, Wisconsin - April 25, 2017

The Wisconsin Supreme Court is seeking interested volunteers to serve on boards and committees that assist the court system in a variety of areas.

The court system relies on volunteers, both lawyers and non-lawyers, because of their diverse expertise and background, to perform this essential service.

For more information, or to submit a resume to the Clerk of Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, visit the court system's volunteer participation website. Positions are filled on an as-needed basis, and resumes will be kept on file for future consideration.

The Supreme Court receives recommendations from the Supreme Court Appointment Selection Committee, and makes appointments to the following boards and committees:

Board of Bar Examiners
Board of Administrative Oversight
District Investigative Committees
Preliminary Review Committee
State Bar Board of Governors
Wisconsin Judicial Commission
State Bar Board of Governors
