Each month, during the Supreme Court&#039;s session, a &amp;quot;teachable&amp;quot; case will be highlighted. 	    The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Friday issued an order creating a new exception to Supreme Court Rule 71.01(2) (Required Court Reporting). Rule 09-05 addresses audio recordings played in court and how they shall be identified in the record.
