On January 14, 2002, the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin filed a withdrawal of the petition it filed on May 16, 2001, seeking to amend Supreme Court Rule 11.06 (5) relating to group or prepaid legal service plans.
IT IS ORDERED that the petition filed on May 16, 2001 by the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin seeking the amendment of Supreme Court Rule 11.06 (5) is dismissed.
