The appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal and remand the matter to the circuit court with permission to file a supplemental postconviction motion. The State has not filed a response. We conclude that good cause has been shown to grant the motion.
IT IS ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant may file a supplemental postconviction motion within thirty days of the date of this order.
