Randy D. Wilson filed appeals in
these consolidated matters with the assistance of Attorney Kiley B. Zellner
pursuant to Wis. Stat. Rule 809.32
(2011-12).[1] Attorney Zellner filed a no-merit
report. By order dated January 21, 2014,
we asked counsel to file a supplemental no-merit report addressing plea and
sentencing issues. On March 4, 2014,
Attorney Zellner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on Wilson’s behalf and,
on March 13, 2014, counsel supplemented the notice with a sworn statement from
Wilson. Accordingly the court will, as
it must, dismiss the appeals. See
IT IS ORDERED that the no-merit report is rejected and these appeals are voluntarily dismissed pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 809.18(1).
