Attorney Melinda A. Swartz, successor appointed counsel for appellant Spartacus Demetrius Outlaw, moves to dismiss this no-merit appeal and extend the time to file a postconviction motion. Counsel informs us that she has discovered an issue with arguable merit to pursue that must be raised by postconviction motion in the circuit court.
Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the no-merit report is rejected and this appeal is dismissed. The time to file a postconviction motion is extended to ninety days from the date of this order.
