In response to our previous order, appellant’s counsel states that she has concluded there is an issue with arguable merit. She also states that she is leaving the practice of law. The Office of the State Public Defender moves for permission to appoint replacement counsel and to extend the time to file a postconviction motion. We grant the motion.

IT IS ORDERED that the no-merit report is rejected and this appeal is dismissed without prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time to file a postconviction motion is extended to ninety days from the date of this order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the State Public Defender may appoint replacement counsel.
