Wisconsin eFiling Update: News you'll find appealing

The Appellate Court eFiling website is receiving a facelift! The site is modernized with a new look and feel, similar to that of the Wisconsin Circuit Court eFiling site. The new site has also been created to enable the pilot project for eFiling in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. For more information on the pilot project and interim rule, click here.

New site features and items of note for attorneys already filing documents in accordance with 809.19 include the following:

We look forward to launching the new site on Monday, September 30. Note that the existing Appellate Court eFiling site will be unavailable from approximately 5 to 8 p.m. that evening while we make the switchover.

Final circuit court eFiling implementation

Voluntary circuit court eFiling is currently under way in Dane, Eau Claire, Menominee, Portage, Racine, Shawano, and Wood counties for the following case types and class codes:

Expansion to other counties will continue through fall. These case types will become mandatory by the end of December rounding out the final leg of mandatory circuit court eFiling implementations. To stay up-to-date on where you can eFile these cases, visit our Participating counties page.
