Certifications

A certification is a request by the Court of Appeals that the Supreme Court take jurisdiction over a case. They remain on the site until denied or the Supreme Court issues an opinion. Certifications released since March 1997 are available on this site.

Summary disposition

A summary disposition is a summary opinion in order form and disposes of an appeal that has been briefed and submitted for consideration. Summary dispositions released since January 1, 2013 are available on this site.
