Family law forms assistant

This site provides a guide to divorce and legal separation in Wisconsin and takes you through a series of questions, filling in most of the forms necessary for divorce and legal separation, including maintenance (alimony), child support, legal custody and physical placement, and property division. (It does not have forms or instructions for paternity actions, annulment, or grandparent visitation.) Use the new case forms assistant to fill out forms for a brand new divorce or legal separation case. Use the existing case forms assistant to fill out forms for a case that already has a case number.

Restraining order forms assistant

This site is designed to guide you through completing the forms necessary to file a petition for restraining order for domestic abuse or harassment. You will be asked a series of questions in an interview, and your answers will automatically be entered on the restraining order petition, also known as a petition for injunction/temporary restraining order.
