Deputy Director Amber Peterson presented at the Wisconsin Court Reporters Association 2026 Spring Convention, focusing on workplace well-being and statewide court reporting updates.
Peterson’s session, Well-Being with Purpose and Updates from the Wisconsin Director of State Courts Office, focused on practical strategies to support wellness in the workplace. The presentation explored ways to build resilience, strengthen day-to-day engagement, and maintain a sense of purpose in a demanding professional environment.
In addition to the wellness component, Peterson shared updates from the Director of State Courts Office on policies and initiatives affecting court reporting across Wisconsin. The session provided attendees with timely information on developments within the court system and how those changes intersect with the work of court reporters.
Attendees described the session as engaging and practical, noting the value of both the wellness strategies and the operational updates.
The presentation was part of the Wisconsin Court Reporters Association Spring Convention, held April 11 at Lakeshore College, which brings together court reporters from across the state for professional development and information sharing.
