This page provides information about several types of actions affecting family, which may include divorce, legal separation, annulment, child custody and visitation, property division, and paternity. Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 767 (external link) governs several of these actions.

(It does not have forms or instructions for paternity actions, annulment, or grandparent visitation.)
