Director of State Courts Audrey Skwierawski, Chief Judge Guy Dutcher, and Legislative Liaison & Policy Initiatives Advisor Adam Plotkin recently testified before the Assembly Committee on Judiciary on Assembly Bill 514. The bill addresses how future budget requests from the Director of State Courts, district attorneys, and the State Public Defender would account for additional positions identified in statute.
