CCAP is introducing a redesigned public search experience for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals website. The updated pages include new features and a more intuitive layout to make it easier for users to find case information, case documents, and published decisions. The new design closely matches the look and functionality of the Circuit Court search page, creating a more consistent experience across court search tools.
During the initial rollout, both the existing search and the new search will be available. After a successful trial period, the site will transition to the new search page only.
New features include:
- Case information pages now include links to related circuit court cases, if publicly accessible.
- Case information pages more clearly display a table of available documents associated with the case.
- The Case History section is now separated into past events and upcoming events.
Users can preview the new search by clicking the link at the top of the existing case search page. Feedback can be submitted using the Contact us link in the lower left corner of the page.
