The Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation will present a free webinar next month focused on helping legal professionals better understand and address burnout.

The lunch and learn webinar, “On Running Hot Without Burning Out: Understanding and Getting Ahead of Burnout,” is set for Tuesday, June 11, from noon to 1:00 p.m. and is open to attorneys, paralegals, and law students. Participants can earn one Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility (LAU) credit.

Matt Shin, a psychotherapist and former attorney, will lead the session. Shin runs Sidebar Counseling LLC, where he works with lawyers and other high-performing professionals to build healthier, more sustainable careers. The event will examine how stress and burnout manifest in legal work, and provide strategies for maintaining focus and energy over time.

Details and registration information are available on the Office of Lawyer Regulation’s LinkedIn page.
