The Wisconsin Supreme Court heard oral arguments in seven cases during October, addressing issues involving property tax exemptions, short-term rental regulations, criminal law, professional responsibility, and other matters. The Court heard two of the cases October 13 at the Heyde Center for the Arts in Chippewa Falls as part of its Justice on Wheels program.
The Wisconsin Court System livestreams oral arguments on its website and makes recordings available afterward to support continued public access to Supreme Court proceedings. All oral arguments for the month can be found here. For a synopsis of each proceeding, click here.
