This month at the Wisconsin Supreme Court

The Wisconsin Supreme Court opened its 2026–27 term in September by hearing oral arguments in several significant cases. The cases addressed issues involving environmental regulation, election law, criminal law, professional responsibility, and other matters.

The Wisconsin Court System livestreams oral arguments on its website and makes recordings available afterward to support continued public access to Supreme Court proceedings. All oral arguments for the month can be found here. For a synopsis of each proceeding, click here.
