Orders filed in 24AP2356 OLR v. Gableman

Two Wisconsin Supreme Court Justices issued the following orders related to the attorney disciplinary proceeding involving Attorney Michael Gableman.
Justice Rebecca Frank Dallet issued an order denying Attorney Gableman’s motion seeking her recusal. Justice Susan Crawford issued a separate order stating that she will not participate in the Gableman disciplinary proceeding. Justice Crawford issued this order on her own initiative (sua sponte) for reasons separate from the recusal motion that Attorney Gableman addressed to her. Given her decision not to participate, Justice Crawford issued a second order dismissing the recusal motion addressed to her as moot.
