On Wednesday, Oct. 31, Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Patience Drake Roggensack will deliver the annual State of the Judiciary address during the 2018 meeting of the Wisconsin Judicial Conference at the Grand Geneva resort in Lake Geneva. The Wisconsin Supreme Court marked the 25th year of its Justice on Wheels outreach and education program today by holding oral arguments in three cases at the Monroe County Justice Center. Monroe County is the 29th county outside Dane where the Court has held arguments since Justice on Wheels began in 1993. Read more.

Justice Rebecca Frank Dallet was sworn into office as the newest justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court during a formal ceremony in the Assembly Chambers at the State Capitol on Monday, Aug. 6. Officials in two southeastern Wisconsin counties are warning residents not to give out personal information or money to people falsely posing as court officials. In recent weeks, residents in Waukesha and Ozaukee counties have reported phone calls in which the caller says potential victims owe money for jury duty, court fees or unpaid fines.
