07/22/19 Outagamie County Justice Center court activity canceled for Tuesday, July 23
Outagamie County Circuit Court activity that was scheduled for Tuesday, July 23 at the county Justice Center has been canceled due to an ongoing electrical power outage at the building. Proceedings that were scheduled for Monday, July 22 and Tuesday, July 23 at the Justice Center, 320 S. Walnut St., Appleton, will be rescheduled for a future date, and the parties involved will be notified. Emergency intake court proceedings are temporarily being held in the Family Court Commissioner's hearing room located within the county complex. Updates will be provided if the power outage continues beyond Tuesday. It is anticipated updates will be posted on the Outagamie County government's website. Read more.

03/21/19 Access to Commercial Docket Pilot Project expanding April 1
Beginning April 01, 2019, parties filing large claim and commercial cases in counties outside Waukesha and the Eighth Judicial Administrative District may jointly petition the chief judges of the Third and Eighth Districts to have their case transferred into the Commercial Docket Pilot Project. The new process is described in the Guidelines for Transferring a Case to the Commercial Docket.
