Panels appointed in Bothfeld v. WEC (No. 2025XX1438) and WBLD v. WEC (No. 2025XX1330)

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has issued orders appointing three-judge panels and assigning venue in Bothfeld v. WEC (No. 2025XX1438) and WBLD v. WEC (No. 2025XX1330). In each matter, the court designated Dane County as the venue for all hearings and filings. In Bothfeld v. WEC, the court appointed Judge Julie Genovese of Dane County, Judge Emily Lonergan of Outagamie County, and Judge Mark Sanders of Milwaukee County to serve on the three-judge panel. In WBLD v. WEC, the court appointed Judge David Conway of Dane County, Judge Patricia Baker of Portage County, and Judge Michael Moran of Marathon County to serve on the three-judge panel. See the orders here:
