ePayment for Supreme Court fees

Electronic payment to the Supreme Court is available for the following fees. Note that only 3 payment types may be selected during a single transaction and you cannot pay a filing fee and copy fee simultaneously. Please allow 1–3 business days for ePayments to be processed. Once processed, the payment will appear on WSCCA case summary. Before contacting the clerk’s office about a payment, please check the case summary for its current status.

Copy fee
An additional $.25/page is charged for certified documents when compared to furnished copies. If you do not yet have an invoice, you must contact the Clerk of Supreme Court and Court of Appeals office to request copies and determine the copy charge prior to paying.

Payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or electronic check with the following non-refundable fees charged by US Bank to process the payment.

  • MasterCard, Visa, and American Express convenience fee - 1.5%
  • Electronic check flat fee - $1.95
